Service Description

The goal of this work is to introduce theatre artists to a vision of the stage where the actor is a primary creative force, capable of composing in real time for an audience. Studies include Biomechanics (Meyerhold's movement studies for actors, i.e. Stringing of the Bow); Surrender to Public Scrutiny (understanding the presence of actor and complex art of address), Jazz Acting (micro-narrative performance studies composed of rhythmical and linguistic ‘etudes'), and Direct Action Workshops.
