STUDIO 3 is located in the back of the building with southern-light gracing the three large windows. Incredible shooting studio, and space for medium-sized rehearsals or classes with chill, energized vibe.

STUDIO 4 is a spacious studio located in the front of the building with four large windows, northern light, and a variety of options for shooting walls. Perfect for good-sized photography & video shoots, rehearsals, and workshops.

STUDIO 5 is a modest, concentrated rehearsal or simple shoot space located in the front (north-west) corner of the floor. This studio is very peaceful with two large windows. Fits up to 12 people comfortably, depending on use.

THE DRESSING ROOM is intended to be used as an add-on for shoots who would like an additional room for hair & make-up. It is also used as the backstage and dressing room for shows in Studio 1 or 2.

THE ROOFTOP is magnificent. 360° views, with beautiful nearby architecture, and open sky views. Our roof itself has a gorgeous water tower which plays a part of the many background views possible up here. Versatile shooting zones with minimalist simple landscaping and various natural features. Time up here has a soothing effect on the nervous system.
